Welcome to ECOVERA. By accessing this website or engaging our apparel and sustainable bag sourcing services, you agree to comply with the following commercial terms and operational principles.
1. Nature of Sourcing & Merchandising Services
Ecovera functions as an on-the-ground B2B sourcing, product development, quality control, and export coordination desk connecting international buyers with vetted factories in Bangladesh. Specific manufacturing capabilities, lead times, and unit prices are defined in formal Commercial Purchase Orders (PO) or Proforma Invoices (PI) agreed upon by the buyer and manufacturing facility.
2. Quotations, Sampling & Price Validity
Estimates provided via web inquiry or email represent indicative pricing brackets based on prevailing raw cotton, yarn, and accessories market costs in Bangladesh. Formal pricing is finalized only upon physical prototype approval, consumption review, and confirmation of quantity brackets.
3. Quality Standards & AQL Inspection
All bulk production lots coordinated through Ecovera are audited according to internationally accepted Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL 2.5 / 4.0) standards or the specific quality protocol defined in the buyer's contract. Any claims regarding quality discrepancies must be documented within the inspection window established in the formal commercial contract prior to export bill-of-lading release.
4. Proprietary Designs & Confidentiality
All buyer tech packs, specifications, patterns, and trade dress remain the sole property of the buyer. Ecovera will not use or authorize manufacturing partners to use proprietary buyer designs for other commercial buyers without explicit written consent.
5. Shipping & Force Majeure
Estimated ex-factory dates and delivery timelines are subject to timely approvals of pre-production samples, lab dips, and raw material receipt. Ecovera is not liable for shipment delays resulting from severe meteorological events, maritime port disruptions, customs holds, or acts of force majeure beyond reasonable operational control.
